Director's Dealings

The Company was informed on 3 May 2013 that Mr Bradford Mills, Vice-Chairman and director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 May 2013. Following this transaction, Mr Mills holds 200,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name and 30,925,428 Ordinary Shares through Plinian Guernsey Limited in which he is a principal representing 10.7% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

West African Minerals Corporation (AIM: WAFM) is an iron ore mining and exploration group focused on West Africa with interests in iron ore exploration permits in Cameroon and Sierra Leone.
